Cleveland State University’s new Euclid Commons student housing project and new Student Center are near completion. The Uptowndevelopment Project marries the natural partnership of arts and education with Case Western Reserve University teaming up with University Circle.
Medical $1 Billion
Cleveland's Health-Tech Corridor is an emerging district that runs between downtown Cleveland and University Circle, housing the world renowned Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. The consistent renovations and expansions currently include the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center and the newly completed multi-million dollar Seidman Cancer Center. The Cleveland Convention Center and Medical Mart is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2013. Adding to our thriving convention industry, Cleveland MMCC is the world’s only retail facility targeted specifically to the medical and healthcare industries. Our Regional Transit Authority’s new Healthcare Line provides fast and green access from Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital’s campuses directly to the facility.
