HVAC Technician Job Duties

• Responds to Maintenance Request via the Work Order System
• Ability to be flexible throughout the workday for priority calls
• Document Hours Worked and all appropriate information into the Work Order System
• Demonstrate clear communication with Residents and the Maintenance Coordinator

HVAC Technician Job Skills and Qualifications

• HVAC certification/license
• Additional maintenance skills a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent Stress and Time Management Skills
