Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls to the maintenance department
- Troubleshoot maintenance requests
- Input work orders into property management software database
- Create and implement checklists
- Review and approve contractor invoices
- Ongoing resident communication
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of systems, programs, Google Drive, MS Office
- Real Estate experience a plus
