Our clients include HOAs, property management firms, industrial facilities, school districts, and municipalities. What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services such as vacuum truck, jetting, and lining solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and renewals.
- Track client activity in the CRM system and collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales.
- Background in service industries (plumbing, facilities management, or utilities) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to client sites.
