What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, install, and repair plumbing systems in residential and multifamily properties
- Prevent costly issues with proactive maintenance
- Handle water lines, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Respond quickly to urgent plumbing calls
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential/multifamily preferred)
- Plumbing license a plus
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Self-motivated and reliable with your own tools and transportation
