Eastlake, OhioSmartland manages 1,400+ apartment homes and we’re looking for a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality work. What You’ll Do
- Install, repair, and service plumbing systems in residential and multifamily buildings
- Diagnose issues quickly and deliver long-lasting solutions
- Work with water lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and multifamily stacks
- Respond to emergency calls when needed
- Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
- Coordinate with our sewer cleaning partner on complex problems
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Experience with multifamily plumbing stacks preferred
- Reliable transportation, your own tools, and a valid driver’s license
- Professional communication and pride in your workmanship
