This is a leadership role responsible for occupancy, collections, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to protect and grow asset value.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- On-call rotation required
- Occasional evenings/weekends
What You’ll Own
- Occupancy and leasing performance
- Collections and delinquency control
- Unit turn timelines and maintenance oversight
- Resident satisfaction
- KPI tracking and financial reporting
- Team leadership and accountability
What You Bring
- 2+ years multifamily property management experience
- Strong Fair Housing knowledge
- Leadership experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
- Budgeting and KPI management experience
- Organized, decisive, and performance-driven mindset
