Job Duties
- Operate the property within financial guidelines/budget
- Exceed predetermined metrics by increasing income and decreasing expenses
- Maintain occupancy
- Maintain direct supervision of staff, including scheduling and delegation of duties
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Report weekly and monthly metrics to the Regional Property Manager
- Court appearances as necessary
- Develop and maintain resident retention programs, tenant appreciation events
- Oversee Leasing
- Oversee Maintenance
- Ensure property compliance with OSHA, city regulations and Fair Housing guidelines
- Manage vendors
Requirements
- Knowledge in Fair Housing
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-2 years of property management experience
- Leadership experience
- General knowledge of systems (Appfolio knowledge is a plus), Google drive, M.S office
