Job Duties
- Verify necessary signatures on agreements, disclosures and other important documents
- Set up showing instructions
- Submit documentation to office broker for file compliance
- Input information into client database and transaction management systems
- Create and implement checklists
- Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, appraisal process
- Coordinate inspections
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Must have an active real estate license
- Skilled in verbal and written communication, customer service and time management
- Team player; works well with all levels of organization and external contacts
- Strong computer skills (Google Docs/Microsoft Office) and highly adaptable to new software
- Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
