BBU Cleaning delivers top‑tier janitorial solutions for offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, and other commercial environments. Our growth depends on seasoned sales leaders who already understand the dynamics, pricing models, and decision‑maker concerns unique to the commercial cleaning industry.

Position Overview

We are hiring a high‑level Sales Executive with a proven record of winning commercial cleaning business—ideally someone who has:

  • closed large B2B janitorial contracts (multi‑site or multi‑year); or
  • owned / operated a commercial cleaning company and drove its sales growth.

Your mandate: expand our client base, increase recurring revenue, and strengthen BBU Cleaning’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Lead Generation

  • Target facility managers, property managers, and procurement teams in need of janitorial services.
  • Leverage your existing network within the commercial cleaning sector to build a qualified pipeline.
  • Track industry trends (pricing, regulations, green cleaning, etc.) to position BBU Cleaning competitively.

Sales Execution & Relationship Management

  • Run consultative walkthroughs, bids, and RFP responses for offices, medical, industrial, and specialty sites.
  • Negotiate service scopes, frequencies, and multi‑year contractual terms.
  • Serve as a strategic partner—translating client pain points into tailored cleaning solutions that drive retention.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure realistic start‑ups and seamless ongoing service.
  • Provide weekly pipeline forecasts and clear revenue projections to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of quota‑carrying sales experience in commercial janitorial / facility services or prior ownership of a cleaning company with direct sales responsibility.
  • Documented history of exceeding sales targets (please include metrics—e.g., annual contract value closed, win rates).
  • Deep knowledge of industry pricing models, service scopes, safety/regulatory requirements, and client evaluation criteria.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive‑level relationship skills.
  • Self‑directed, organized, and comfortable working remotely or on‑site with clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; substantial industry success may substitute.
