About two years ago, I read in the newspaper that one of our competitors that I know very well, Considered a real estate tycoon and they have thirty thousand units.
So to me, I came from Russia to the United States and I realize that to be a real estate tycoon in the United States of America, only to have 30,000 units, which is very, very achievable. So what I envision is having 60,000 units and being a real estate tycoon in the United States of America. That’s what I want to be considered- a real estate tycoon.
The audacious goal is to own every apartment in the United States of America. Realistic goal- Let’s try to get half of them.
