So in 2008, once we understood that there is an outlet for us to sell houses, on the flip side, we understood that there is a lot of houses to be bought. And we had banks knocking on our door asking us to buy inventory in bulk.
And there was an IndyMac bank that we made the first bulk transaction of 17 houses. And we didn’t pay a lot for it but it was the first idea- the idea was born that we can buy from the bank in bulk and ever since then, we went that route. However, we bought on MLS, we bought bulk from the banks. We bought from people. We bought in every possible way we could.
