Most of the inventory in the Midwest was built in 1950s and inventory still does look like it’s been built in the 1950s with old carpets, with the same doors, old kitchens.
So there is really no renovations to Class C apartments, Class D apartments. So when we brought our full gut renovations to the apartments, we really didn’t have any competition in the market.
