So our philosophy on debt is probably just like all the other operators. Using it wisely- It’s a must. It is inexpensive money, which you cannot do without. There is limited partners which bring money to the table.
This money are more expensive than the money that bank provides so, you have to use banks. You just have to do it wisely. And what I mean by using it wisely- you got to keep your LTV close to Sixty-five percent.
