So, historically, we process multifamily value-add, and what I mean by that is that we purchase and acquire and seek out have you value add multifamily vintage properties that are mismanaged, need a lot of renovation, need a lot of modernizations…
That require heavy capital expenditure that many of the current owner-operators are either elderly, seeking to retire, or don’t have the means to do it. And also, we capture single-family residential scattered site.
So, we’ve done that classically over many, many years of our business. It’s kind of what I would call “our bread and butter” alongside our multifamily residential.
