- Respond to and execute maintenance requests for residents via electronic work order system
- Ability to be flexible throughout the workday for priority calls
- Document hours worked and completed tasks in electronic work order system
- Provide clear communication with residents and the Director of Maintenance
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- General Repairs
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred) with a valid driver license and insurance
- Tools
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- General maintenance and handyman knowledge
