Maintenance Contractor

Job Duties

• Respond to and execute maintenance requests for residents via electronic work order system
• Ability to be flexible throughout the workday for priority calls
• Document hours worked and completed tasks in electronic work order system
• Provide clear communication with residents and the Director of Maintenance
• Painting
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• General Repairs

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle (truck or van preferred) with a valid driver license and insurance
• Tools
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• General maintenance and handyman knowledge

Work Location

• On the road, Greater Cleveland Metropolitan Area
