Job Duties
- Contact tenants by phone, email and text to collect on past due accounts
- Work with tenants to investigate billing issues and/or disputes
- Answer tenant questions regarding their account, lease, statement, etc.
- Maintain notes in the tenant’s account via AppFolio
- Answer calls and emails
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Monthly incentive pay for meeting goals
Requirements
- A positive attitude
- High school degree or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of office experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- General knowledge of systems, (AppFolio knowledge is a plus), Google Drive, MS Office
- Skilled verbal and written communication, customer service and time management
- Team player; works well with all levels of organization and external contacts
- Ability to produce error-free work and to adapt quickly to new work assignments/situations
- Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Real estate knowledge a plus
