At Smartland, I lead our investor-relations team, so any of the partnerships with individuals who are looking to build wealth, it could be a high net-worth individual that is just looking to have stable, consistent income from the cash-flow that some of our multifamily communities produce for any of our single family investments.
So, I focus really in dealing with the individuals and the institutions, whether it’s on the equity or the debt side. So, daily, I kind of deal with educating our investors, talking through what we’re looking at in terms of opportunities, what our investment approach is.
And then with the institutional side, we’ll partner with family offices and institutions that are looking to deploy capital in the multifamily and single family in Ohio and Florida and across the Midwest and Southeast.
