Job Duties
- Assist our valued residents in a courteous, professional and timely manner
- Collect updated tenant information and certificates of insurance as necessary and distribute appropriately
- Facilitate utility account transfers
- Occasional assistance to the accounting department
- Answer calls and emails
- Provide impeccable customer service
- Make collection calls to tenants
Requirements
- A positive attitude
- High school degree or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- 3-5 years of office experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- General knowledge of systems, (AppFolio knowledge is a plus), Google Drive, MS Office
- Skilled verbal and written communication, customer service and time management
- Team player; works well with all levels of organization and external contacts
- Ability to produce error-free work and to adapt quickly to new work assignments/situations
- Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Real estate knowledge a plus
