Your Role
As a Skilled Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our properties in top condition. You’ll work independently, using your hands-on skills to solve problems and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
- Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Handling carpentry and building repairs with precision and care.
- Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies with efficiency.
- Keeping an organized inventory and ensuring all tools and supplies are ready for action.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential maintenance or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Practical knowledge of home systems and repair techniques common in Northeast Ohio.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Preferred: Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical fields.
