What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with HOAs, municipalities, and commercial clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell services such as vacuum truck, jetting, and lining solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and renewals
- Track client activity in the CRM system and collaborate with service teams to ensure satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales
- Background in service industries (plumbing, facilities management, or utilities) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to client sites
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal generation
- Experience in long-term client retention or territory expansion
- Knowledge of industrial, commercial, or municipal service operations
