Eastlake, OHSmartland manages over 1,400+ apartment homes across the Cleveland area, and we’re looking for a Community Leasing Specialist to deliver an exceptional experience to every prospect and resident. In this role, you’ll oversee leasing operations for at least 300+ assigned apartment units, working closely with a Property Manager and Maintenance Team to keep your community running smoothly.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (standard schedule)
- Weekends only if urgent or for special leasing needs
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to leasing inquiries
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Collect, review, and process rental applications
- Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, and move-outs
- Manage lease renewals, notices, and unit inspections
- Maintain accurate digital records and meet monthly leasing goals
- Collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure smooth unit turns and strong resident satisfaction

Compensation
$45,000.00 / year + Commission Pay
