Job Duties
- Interact with a high volume of clients to process investments, update records, answer sophisticated inbound questions and spend time on phone educating investors
- Follow up with prospects to address questions and assist with decision to subscribe
- Work with new signups as well as existing investors
- Provide exceptional and timely customer service to investors; respond to investor inquiries and requests for information
- Maintain approved Q&A document to respond to frequently asked questions from investors and supervise analyst or administrative support in responding to requests via email
- Oversee online customer relationship management database to assist potential investors in completing the online subscription document process
- Oversee and assist with the intake, processing and filing of investor documents and the ongoing posting of distribution notices, tax forms and account statements to the online investor room
- Collaborate with marketing team to maximize engagement of potential and existing investors
- Evaluate current and potential processes to improve customer retention and determine best practices
- Work with team to develop systematic methods for scaling our investments business and improving investor communication
Requirements
- Between 3-5 years of experience in a related field; or
- Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job; and
- FINRA series 7 and 63 or 66 helpful, but not required
- Experience with offering circulars and investor subscription agreements
- Experience in an investment advisory role with registered investment advisor or otherwise
