Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls to the Maintenance department
- Troubleshoot maintenance requests
- Input work orders into property management software database (AppFolio)
- Schedule technicians
- Ongoing resident communication
Requirements
- A positive attitude
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of systems, (AppFolio knowledge is a plus), Google Drive, MS Office
