Full Time

Job Duties

  • Assist our valued residents in a courteous, professional and timely manner
  • Collect updated tenant information and certificates of insurance as necessary and distribute appropriately
  • Facilitate utility account transfers
  • Occasional assistance to the accounting department
  • Answer calls and emails
  • Provide impeccable customer service
  • Make collection calls to tenants

Requirements

  • A positive attitude
  • High school degree or equivalent, college degree is a plus
  • 3-5 years of office experience in customer service and/or administrative support
  • General knowledge of systems, (AppFolio knowledge is a plus), Google Drive, MS Office
  • Skilled verbal and written communication, customer service and time management
  • Team player; works well with all levels of organization and external contacts
  • Ability to produce error-free work and to adapt quickly to new work assignments/situations
  • Possess critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Real estate knowledge a plus
