For me personally, not for the company, Personally, not for the company. What really is fulfilling is when we exit the asset and at the very last moment before the closing, we calculate all the numbers and the numbers line up and we make more than we promised the investor.
And everything we did created value and made sense and what we envisioned four years ago came up absolutely perfect on the paper at closing four years later. That to me, this is really, really fulfilling.
