What I like most about working at Smartland is the ability to change people’s lives. And so, through our implementation of massive, massive overhaul of the multifamily communities that we purchase, we’re able to see a true transformation not only at the property level but at the resident level. And that is amazing.
And also touring with some of our investor partners throughout the process and showing them our work and being really proud of what we’ve done and how we’ve transformed the property is what I am passionate about.
I truly love to see the effects of the transformations that we do here. What I truly love about Smartland is being able to understand all of the segments of our business.
