Job Duties

  • Verify necessary signatures on agreements, disclosures and other important documents
  • Set up showing instructions
  • Submit documentation to office broker for file compliance
  • Input information into client database and transaction management systems
  • Create and implement checklists
  • Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, appraisal process
  • Coordinate inspections


  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Must have an active real estate license
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication, customer service and time management
  • Team player; works well with all levels of organization and external contacts
  • Strong computer skills (Google Docs/Microsoft Office) and highly adaptable to new software
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
