Historically, we’ve gone through about twenty five hundred doors of single family homes, which is a very well-oiled machine for us.
We’re still doing single-family home by renovate, create a turnkey and sell to a professional as an investment property. However, we have turned into or we have become a multifamily developer and now we’re doing one hundred unit plus developments and nothing less than one hundred unit plus. It’s all started with buying one house and then bulk portfolio from the bank.
And then we moved on to buying and selling twenty five hundred single-family homes and buying a small apartment and moving to 40 unit, one hundred unit.
And now we have in our pipeline a thousand unit apartments, complexes that we’re looking at.
