By the time we’re done with underwriting because I’m the last person in line to underwrite the asset, once I’m done with it, I know how strong of the investment this is.
And I put my personal – my family money in this investment alongside with all the other investors. Every time. And to date, there was not a one investment, there was not a one fund that I did not put our personal family money into the investment, not once.
