I think one of the biggest opportunities for us at Smartland is taking what we did in our history, our track record of doing scattered-site, and bringing that into the multifamily segment while incorporating a big hospitality focus.
It’s one of the things that will differentiate us. Taking our tech-centered approach we are able to have centralized property management, and then, overall, enhance these vintage and outdated multifamily properties across the Midwest and Southeast.
So, I think that’s one of the biggest opportunities as we continue growing and acquiring new assets in the segments.
