Before I had a dog, I didn’t really understand the needs of dog owners but, we’ve bought a dog and I started feeling what a dog needs.
And it’s not just the patch of grass. A dog needs a playground. And we built a playground. The playground was a quarter of an acre playground with different type of amenities for the dogs and It was really taken seriously by the tenants and we got a ton of tenants with dogs, with pets, with small dogs, big dogs.
That in itself brought new idea that, hey, why don’t we bring vending machines for pets and build other amenities for pets.
